We usually don't have a December meeting, so we read The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks over Christmas.
November:
We had a wonderful meeting on Nov. 9th at Julia's house.
We read The House at Riverton by Kate Morton and enjoyed an English Tea with scones, sandwiches, desserts and of course, tea. Thanks Julia!

We met at our bookstore and discussed: The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Shaffer and Annie Barrows.

We had dinner at a member's house and discussed a medley of books about late 19th century Texas, the frontier West, the cattle trains and women pioneers and cowgirls.
